COVID 19 Health and Safety notice

We are aware of the major impact COVID 19 – Carona virus is having on all our existing and future clients, vendors and suppliers in all the various industries.

As as a result, we will be implementing the following health and safety measures until further notice:-

COVID- 19 Health and safety protocols 

  • Gloves and facial masks will be worn at all times during all events.
  • Alcohol based hand sanitizer/spray will also be used during the event.
  • No hugging, touching or hand shaking protocols will be observed before and during the event.
  • ‘DJ booth will be off limits to clients, guests, vendors and service providers at all times;
  • Song requests will be done in writing on a song request note that will be located near the DJ booth.
  • Alternatively, we suggest that you consolidate all your song requests and mail it to us prior to the event.
  • Microphones and stands will be disinfected.
  • DJ equipment equipment will be sanitized before and after each event.
  • Consultation meetings with potential and existing clients will be limited as a precaution for now.
  • As an alternative it is suggested that communication be via E-mail, WhattApp or Conference calling.

Additional measures

Please ensure that you include your vendors and suppliers when arranging your event in terms of the total number of guests allowed as prescribed by Government.

Also keep a detailed contact, attendance register of all your guests, suppliers and vendors as a precaution for future reference.

We also suggest that you make sure that the venue complies with the health and safety measures as prescribed by the Department of Health.

We are aware that this is not the ideal situation but our health and safety should be our number one priority at this stage.
