Wedding packages for 2025

Package 1 – Combo packages covers your ceremony, predrinks and reception.

Our wedding combo packages consist of the following packages: 

  • The Essential wedding combo package is our budget friendly package that covers your ceremony, predrinks and reception for up to 60 guests and up to 10 hours coverage until 24h00.
  • The Classic wedding combo package is our most popular and average priced package that covers your ceremony, predrinks and reception up to 120 guests and up to 10 hours coverage until 24h00.
  • The Exclusive wedding combo package is our premium package that covers your ceremony, predrinks and reception up to 220 guests and up to 10 hours coverage until 24h00.

Do you need a customised package?

We do offer a customized wedding packages as well to suite your needs and budget:-

Package 2: Ceremony and reception package, which covers your ceremony and reception only.

Package 3: Pre-drinks and reception package, which covers your pre-drinks and reception; or

Package 4: Reception package, which covers your reception only.

Wedding packages includes the following: – 

  • Professional registered SAMRO and SAMPRA licensed and accredited DJ and assistant.
  • Wedding questionnaire covering all aspects of your wedding (Ceremony, pre-drinks and/or reception proceedings).
  • Music purchases/sourcing for your playlist according to the completed and given wedding questionnaire, programme, or requests.
  • Wedding contract.
  • Meeting with Bride and Groom in Hilton KZN Midlands or at a mutually agreed venue if possible before the wedding or liaison via e-mail, WhatsApp or messenger.
  • Music for the Ceremony (if applicable) e.g., Processional before Bride and Groom enters, Bride and Groom entrance song, hymns and recessional signing of wedding register, candle lighting or sand ceremony and Bride and Groom exit song).
  • Music for Cocktail/pre-drinks (if applicable) soft background music of your choice for your guests when the bridal party is out on the photo-shoot.
  • Music for Reception (Bride and Groom entrance, pre-speech sound bites/clips, dinner & desert mix, gather, bouquet, cake cutting, formal dance processing, line dance and mix of golden oldies to latest song based on wedding questionnaire or play list.
  • Sound coverage hours based on your selected package up to 24h00 including 2-3 hours setup, soundchecks and take-down.
  • Travelling and toll costs all package includes round trip travelling up to 100km’s from our base to the venue and return thereafter R 4.50 per kilometer.
  • SANRAL toll costs if applicable will be included in the quote.
  • We require accommodation at some venues should you book us to perform after 24h00 till 02h00 or if the venue is more than a 100 kilometers away from our base.
  • Catering and refreshments will be needed for DJ and Assistant.
  • Unprofessional photos of your event to share with your family and friends whilst you are waiting for the professional photos from your photographer.
  • Continues advice and guidance throughout the planning and execution of your wedding.
  • Customised music playlist based on wedding questionnaire, client’s needs, style and theme.
  • Song requests are welcomed.
  • Backup sound and equipment.

Wedding bookings, deposits and payments:-

  • To book us for your special wedding day we require a 50% deposit payable via EFT 2 days after acceptance of quote/invoice.
  • Balance is payable 5 days before your special wedding date.
  • After hour rates are strictly cash upfront before 24h00 for overtime to begin.
  • After hour rate is R 1000.00 per hour after 24h00 and we play up until 02h00 depending on venue cut-off times.
  • Should you find a cheaper quote from a licensed DJ let us know so that we can try and match or beat it.

Our optional add-on:-

  • Uplights lights to match your décor and add a nice ambiance to your event
  • Smoke or haze machine for an atmospheric effect
  • DMX Professional moving spot/gobo and washed lights including DMX controller
  • Master of ceremony (emcee) service only dealing with formalities and announcements according to programme
